　　我厂生产的辐射管不仅为国内热处理退火炉设备配套，而且广泛配套于进口热处理退火炉设备。辐射管的管芯有笼框式、立绕带式、电阻丝螺旋环绕式、电热材料采用镍铬、铁铬合金，电热体的温度达500-1300度。使用寿命淬火炉1年以上，回火炉3年以上。
The radiation tubes produced by our factory are not only matched with domestic heat treatment annealing furnace equipment, but also widely matched with imported heat treatment annealing furnace equipment. The core of the radiation tube includes cage frame type, vertical winding type, resistance wire spiral winding type, and the electric heating material adopts nickel chromium and iron chromium alloy. The temperature of the electric heating element reaches 500-1300 degrees. The service life of the quenching furnace is more than 1 year, and the tempering furnace is more than 3 years.
